Shipping policy

How our kits are shipped

All training kits are packed and supplied by our trusted partners, Browed AU (Melbourne) and Glow Up Australia. Boss Born Academy does not pack or dispatch any kits.

Dispatch time

Kits leave our suppliers' warehouses within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the carrier.

Online courses & digital products

Online courses, ebooks and templates are digital, so there's nothing to ship. You'll get instant access after purchase.

Damaged or incorrect kits

If your kit arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us straight away at katerina@bossbornacademy.com and we'll sort it out with our supplier.
