Cancellation & Bookings

  • Certain services will require a $50-$100 non refundable/non transferable deposit paid upfront to secure the appointment.
  • Confirmation texts are sent out 24-48 hours prior to the appointment. If by any chance you need to cancel your appointment, 48-hour notice is required. Otherwise, the deposit will be lost and a new appointment with deposit will be needed.
  • Appointments made without a deposit that have been cancelled without 48 hours notice will be asked to pay a $50-$100 cancellation fee and must be paid before booking future appointments. 
  • No-shows will incur the full fee of the appointment and may be refused the next appointment if the amount has not been paid before booking with us again.
